I've been on a journey of health and healing for many years, and along the way I've learned a lot about the power of juicing and smoothies. (Even if you don't own a juicer, please keep reading!)

I started juicing because I was struggling with chronic digestive issues. I was always bloated and uncomfortable, and I didn't have much energy. I tried a lot of different things to improve my digestion, but nothing seemed to work until I added juicing to my daily diet.

Juicing helped me to get the nutrients I needed without having to digest a lot of fiber. I also found that juicing in the morning helped me to feel more energized.Don’t own a juicer? Neither do I! In today's video I’ll show you how to repurpose your kitchen blender so you can try juicing, too.

How about smoothies? Smoothies provide enormous benefits inside a creamy, delicious drink. Fiber-rich, versatile & convenient, smoothies also pack loads of plant-based nutrients into a satisfying, tasty meal. Today I’ll share one of my all-time favorite smoothie recipes.
