How do I know?

Because I've experienced the challenges of aging. For years, I enjoyed being active. Then a serious illness sidelined me for months with debilitating pain and chronic inflammation.
Instead of my usual active lifestyle, I struggled to walk around the block!

What saved me?

Yoga… gentle, gentle yoga. Tiny movements, day by day, first in my bed, then in a chair and eventually standing.  One pose at a time, I gained confidence in my body's ability to heal. I ditched the yoga mat, but not the life-changing benefits!

And so can you!

Who am I?

* I'm Rosemary Donnelly, founder of Midlife Yoga & Wellness, the mat-free, beginner friendly yoga experience. 

* I’m a fully-certified fitness professional, specializing in wellness activities for midlife men and women.

* I live in a midlife body, and I share many of the same physical and emotional challenges of aging as you.
