Did you know that giving thanks can make you happier? A research study out of Harvard shows that "gratitude helps people feel more positive emotions, relish good experiences, improve their health, deal with adversity, and build strong relationships."
Good stuff, right? That's why I'm so excited by the theme of next week's Gentle Beginnings Yoga class. It's all about gratitude, giving thanks & giving back.
