Goldilocks & the 3 Yoga Poses

Do you remember the story of Goldilocks & the 3 Bears? On Goldie's "visit" (home invasion might be a more accurate description these days!) she tried a variety of things in the Bears' home. Some things weren't quite suited to her needs, so she kept exploring until she found the option that was "just right."

It's like that in every Midlife Yoga class. All levels are welcome, but not everyone has the same ability or experience. So it's up to me as your yoga teacher & guide to offer you a variety of options within each pose. I'll often demonstrate the most beginner-friendly version of the pose, then offer different "progressions" in case you'd like more of a challenge.
