No Time for Exercise? Try This!

Are you someone who says, "I'd really love to exercise, but I just don't have the time." What we need are ways to incorporate simple, healthy movement into those small pockets of time throughout the day.
How about this? You've just put a pot of water on the kitchen stove, and you're waiting for it to come to a boil. Bingo! Here's a quick stretching routine that takes less time than boiling water. Join me at your kitchen counter for my new video series, Kitchen Counter Yoga.
