The boardwalk is looking a little emptier these days. But to hold us over until the next summer season, how about a special dance to a classic summer favorite?

"Under the Boardwalk" was recorded & released by the Drifters in 1964. It was the sequel to the popular hit "Up on the Roof" & the lyrics even reference it:

“Oh when the sun beats down and burns the tar up on the roof
And your shoes get so hot you wish your tired feet were fire proof
Under the boardwalk, down by the sea, yeah
On a blanket with my baby is where I’ll be."

In this week's Dance with Me video, we slow things down to match the cooler autumn days. By combining some tango & flamenco moves, we also incorporate a little bit of balance for good measure. Click below to join the fun!

Doesn't it feel good to move your body? Why not keep that delicious movement going and join me for Midlife Yoga? It's simple... when you move better, you feel better. Start feeling better this week!

Until next time,

~ Rosemary
