"A tomato seed, if planted, will only grow into a tomato plant."
~ Louise Hay
Are you a gardener? Even if you're not, you understand the process. When the time is right, you plant a seed. Do you rush outside the next morning to see if you're plant has grown? No, of course not. You know the process takes time. So you care for your garden. You water, weed, fertilize, maybe even whisper words of encouragement to your plant. Only when ready, not one moment before, can you reap the fruits of your labor. One thing is for sure... if you plant a tomato seed, you're going to harvest tomatoes!
It's the same way with life. What seeds have you been planting lately? Seeds of Kindness? Joy? Tranquility? If you take the time to cultivate your garden, these fruits will grow. But rest assured, if you plant the seeds of fear, resentment or judgement, these things will grow, too. You're the gardener... the choice is yours.
If one of your intentions is to cultivate better health & vitality, why not plant a seed today? Each time you practice along with a Take 5 Yoga video, you cultivate your garden of vibrant good health. Do you have 5 minutes to plant that seed today?

Five minutes, two poses... that's our Take 5 Yoga practice this week. In a few short minutes, we stretch and strengthen both the upper and lower body. Why not give it a try?
