Specifically designed for the needs of midlife & beyond, this 60-minute online class contains poses that are practiced either seated in a chair or standing. No experience? No problem! I offer options for each pose to accommodate all ability levels.
Whether you are a new or returning yogi, Midlife Yoga provides a practice that will support you on your journey to healthy, vibrant aging.
