Midlife Yoga is a mat-free practice, the perfect next step for those who prefer a more active, yet still beginner-friendly practice. In this 60-minute online class, all poses are practiced either seated in a chair or standing, and can be modified to accommodate all levels.
This particular video focuses on poses that open the shoulders and lengthen the side body. Also included are a variety of Warrior poses, which strengthen the legs and build better balance.
