Not Enough Time?

One of the main triggers of holiday stress is feeling that we don’t have enough time.

“Finding time for all your holiday activities can seem impossible. Increased commitments, along with crowded stores and travel delays can trigger the stress of “not enough time!”

When faced with a long to-do list and not enough time, what do most of us do? We try to speed up! We reason that if we can just go faster, we’ll be able to get everything done.

Actually the opposite is true. Amidst the chaos of that crazy jumble of things that need to get done, the first step is to slow down. What we need is the ability to focus, prioritize and take action.
